Pros
If you know your job, work hard, and deliver results - you'll have lots of opportunities and be well taken care of. High level of professionalism internally and externally is a good thing if you've ever been at a place where it was lacking. Sales account managers have a lot of autonomy and flexibility to grow their territory and activate incentive plan levels, and although the company has high expectations they are never unreasonable if you're working hard. If you wait for someone to tell you what to do all the time, you'll struggle here, but if you are smart and motivated you will do well. CEO and upper management are constantly asking if there are any roadblocks to territory growth that they can assist with and help remove.
Cons
None personally. All of my concerns have been addressed by management appropriately and timely.
