The company has a fairly strict policy on working in-office and enforces a business professional dress code, which can be limiting in daily flexibility but does provide strong guidelines for seperating work and personal life.

This is not the organization for you if you prefer to work M/F from home (Company has always been 5 days in office), or you want a casual work environment.
