      Sensient is extremely customer oriented and every group is challenged to improve the customer experience. The company has many opportunities for advancement and people are not micro-managed. If you are getting your job done, there is not much interference from management.

      Cons

      Some areas tend to be short-staffed which can cause delays in projects.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
