Pros
This company has shown great opportunity for growth. Sensient takes the time to really develop best practices and values the opinion's of its staff. The on-boarding process definitely shows that they value the growth of the employees as well as the growth of the company. They have been the most accommodating company I have ever worked for and really want to create a solid foundation for new staff. This process has allowed me to fill confident and supported during my journey with Sensient.
Cons
Every work environment will have its ups and downs, that's the nature of any business working with people. Growing pains are needed for success.
