Pros
I have been with Sensient for almost 2 years now. It is absolutely a tough company to work for without a doubt. However, if you are a hard worker, aren't afraid of being challenged, and want opportunities to grow, this is the place for you. I've read the negative comments from disgruntled former (and some possibly current) employees. The majority of people who work at Sensient are good people who try every day to make it a better place for each other while keeping shareholders happy. You will not be bored at Sensient and you will grow if you want it and work for it.
Cons
Sensient has old fashioned values and policies. On the other hand, that is part of what makes it great. Integrity and respect. If you don't have it, this is not the place for you.
