- Need to work overtime almost everyday when project ongoing
- Even if you finished your work early , you still cannot go home yet because your senior still working even though passed working hour.
- They offer you the minimum amount of salary
- If they sent you to training then you hand in your resignation, they will asked you to repay back even though they’re the one who sent you there .
- Management micromanage like crazy . Youre life will be like hell . Even during night time or holiday, they will spam called you .
- Weekend , public holiday also need to work and OT is only 1.0 .
- Your petrol is fixed eventhough you need to travel a lot
- Toll cannot be claimed even though
- Every month got people resign and very high turnover.
