      -Lots of overtime opportunities -Job isn't too difficult ( as long as you put effort) -Pretty easy to get a job here

      Cons

      -Too much overtime, odds are you'll be working 6-7 days, and possibly no days off for weeks if busy -Management is somewhat unorganized -Lack of advancement here -No real point staying here longer than a year

      There is always growth in the company. Sensible portion is always investing into their employees development. Family oriented environment company. Great benefits, Employee appreciation recognition.

      The volume of business cause stress on both management and hourly staff.
