Pros
Surrounded by extremely smart people - probably smarter than you. Cash flow positive. Very interesting and challenging work. Everyone is easy to talk to, so don't get intimidated by the PhD tacked onto their titles. Chance to work for one of the hottest startups in Austin.
Cons
It is a startup, so there is still a bit of risk involved. You might be intimidated by the talent: former NASA engineers, MIT graduates, more than a handful of PhD's. It may be a challenge parking downtown since the lease doesn't include parking, but they do have benefits that pay for parking. My suggestion is to park at Premium Parking lot #3020.
