Pros
Everyone is brilliant, kind, and motivated to make Senseye the best it can be. People work hard because they want to, not because they have to. I genuinely enjoy going to work each day. Flexible PTO and work hours. It's small enough to make a big difference and feel ownership over your part of the project. A lot of room to grow and learn. Very happy to be here.
Cons
The open office is something to get used to. I thought I would be fine but it actually affected me more than I thought it would. But the workplace is super flexible and you can take walks as needed or just work in a meeting room for a bit. That + great headphones will help you survive the open office.
