Pros
Leaders are super nice, especially your direct leaders. The company is pushing in general is encouraging research. It's a famous company in China so working experience there can really gives you some benefits in applying other jobs, also you colleagues are mostly from the elite universities in China so you will definitely learn a lot from them.
Cons
The research is not based on practical problems, it's either trivial but tedious problems that exist in their applications or based on non-sense spur-of-the-moment ideas without carefully reviewing and discussing. I learnt a lot there but this is definitely not a good company to stay no matter you wanna do research or engineer.
