Pros

I saw the other review and wanted to mention the positives. I'm not sure I expereince the same place they did! We have really autonomous roles and are allowed to make our own decisions and reach our goals in the best way we see fit. The people are so lovely, there are great friends and almost a family feel. We get to work from home 4 days a week which is great. The work time is completely flexible to make sure we get the right work life balance.

Cons

It is a small company so if you prefer a larger office environment it is probably not the best place.

Pros

The only pro is getting to travel abroad. Even then this is very unorganised and unprofessional.

Cons

Staff are awful, a massive bullying culture in the workplace, full of women that don’t empower one another. Drama is a constant in the office. The owner leads you to believe his company is great, when reality is it’s dead in the water. I have moved over to a much better role in a much more structured place of work, this has shown me how an events company should run. Having to work with people who like doing ‘disco biscuits’ at a weekend is acceptable. It is overlooked that women employees, feel the need to sleep with clients, or take clients out to win sales for next year, it is an absolute shocking and real eye opener to what kind of employment is still out there and functions in this way. The salary is absolutely disgusting; it was always discussed amongst staff , that sense media would advertise their job roles at the wrong salary to draw people in. 2 members had screenshot the original job post as they hadn’t received the salary that was advertised. You are made to work abroad and don’t get extra pay for this, you are up at 5am and don’t finish til midnight, with no extra pay. It’s a slog and the sales team get away with not helping set up and derig. There isn’t a work balance at all and they think booking in to do a team building workshop is going to correct the behaviours.
