Company culture is great, related to the team I work with. Everyone is very supportive and really live the team approach to everything. 100% remote.

No reimbursement for home office expenses. I have bought my own mouse and had to upgrade my home internet plan at higher monthly cost for this job- without reimbursement or consideration of the costs. A very close monitoring system and a lot of pressure to get billable minutes in. No time clock to punch but you still have to use PTO for taking a couple hours off. I’ve never had or heard of salary jobs that run this way. I was also told that if weather related power or internet loss occurs during business hours- I would need to make up the time lost due to outage.
