Whilst Sensat is an overall positive place to work, the pay is not great. I am making 4X my previous salary a year on from leaving. The work environment when I started, compared to when I left is wholly different. My direct manager came from an industry where standing on people's toes and throwing people under the bus is needed to get ahead. You could REALLY feel this in the team dynamic. Since leaving, 80% of my team members have also left and I think there have been some redundancies. The work environment definitely has "cliques" which appear boisterous and intimidating to those on the outside. The two co-founders are both "rugby lads" which is where this stems from.
