Pros
There used to be a number of perks working for Sennheiser. All of them have been discontinued one by one, with the only perk left being; it's a ok resume builder for another company within the industry.
Cons
Management and nonexistent HR will lie to your face. Will pay you lower than you ever thought possible and tell you if you don't like it you can always leave. Most of their best and brightest do.
