Pros
Lot's of perks, company trips, they promote growth from within and avoid hiring externals if they have the skills in-house
Cons
Management is biased (including HR), performance reviews are based on subjective opinions, facts don't seem to matter much... and there are some highly unqualified people in top management positions which is really scary!
