The team at Seniorly is filled with really intelligent people who are always focusing on growth. People work hard for a common goal, which is very rewarding. Growth and promotions are based on effort and performance and not seniority, which is refreshing. The executive team is incredibly transparent and accessible. The culture is focused on working hard, team building, and leaving time for self care and families. By far the best place I have ever worked.

Working at any growing company comes with growing pains at times: moving offices frequently, reorganizations, etc. --but it's all a part of the journey, which keeps it exciting and never boring.
