Pros

Work from home is just about the only benefit.

Cons

Too many to list. Management is very bad. They are inconsistent and not knowledgeable about the industry or technology. They cannot compete with A Place for Mom.

Pros

Work from home, you can work your own schedule if it is approved

Cons

Low pay, most of your income will be commissions. Sales goals constantly change as partners switch contract terms, leave or are added. Not all sales will count for the month they are made, some will not be counted for an additional 30 days (or more). Management does NOT want to hear feedback on lead quality that is not absolutely sparkling. They refuse to listen to any feedback that doesn't fit the drivel the pass up to the parent corporation or partners and tell everyone at the yearly convention. If you give honest feedback in a constructive way and they disagree or don't like it you become a disgruntled" employee and they will spend hours trying to convince you that you are wrong and you have a bad attitude. This happens even when you can statistically prove your feedback with their own math, charting and progress reporting system. In spite of the sheer number of meetings employees often feel left "hung out to dry" and on their own or alone, feeling like there is no support or real "team" to turn to. Leads go to the best performers therefore if you have a bad month you will struggle desperately to recover with low leads and unqualified leads.
