Pros
Direct managers and directors were great, smart, intelligent people who expected you to know your job and be able to succeed on your own. Those laid off were given separation support for a bit to offset the short notice of our jobs being eliminated.
Cons
Upper management have been consistently withholding information despite making proclamations of transparency. At least 30 people laid off July 3 after being told a consultant had been reviewing jobs for several months to determine where the “redundancies” where. Now those who are left are doing the job of at least 3 people and will probably be laid off once their work is done
