      Lots of holidays off, the staff is mostly very nice to work with

      Cons

      Passive-aggressive management micromanages everyone from the managing attorney to the receptionist. Encourages you to take time off but then sends you emails when you are sick about what you should have done before you got sick.

      I truly love my colleagues. The work is hard but I feel very supported.

      The work/mission and clients are excellent. Great PTO and benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible and managing, bullies employees (especially POC employees), and will make it hard for you to advocate for your clients.
