Poor Management and favoritism. The top administration only looks out for themselves and will go back on their word. Always makes false promises to their employees and never follow through. The environment is unhealthy and toxic especially to those who would stand up for themselves. They are considered trouble makers for standing up against unfair behavior. Certain employees will target you, and if you tell upper management, they will pick their side to avoid the red tape associated with punishing the employee targeting you. They will flip it around to put the blame on you instead. They also consistently giving more work for the same pay that is less then what they advertised.
