      Loved my patients, and one on one care.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic, bullying work environment. Highly unprofessional management who make very unprofessional comments to and about staff and patients. Poor care provided to patients due to management cost cutting.

      Fantastic ice machine in dayroom

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. Poor management that engage in personal relationships with staff. Management gossips and have no interest in improving processes or workflows. Participants being treated differently based on social skills or lack thereof. Witnessing waste of state resources/funding. Many short cuts and lack of security
