Been working at Senior Commons for over 10 years. I have always been treated with respect by my co-workers. They are a great group of people dedicated to the well being of the residents. Their homemade baked goods are awesome!

Carpeting needs replaced or removed from dining areas.

Some of the best things about Senior Commons is that is has gone through extensive management changes. They were able to free themselves of the "low hanging apples" so to speak and invest in managers that are knowledgeable and want to care and provide for the residents. No place is perfect but thanks to these long overdue and much needed changes, it has become a better place.

Every personal care home will have its pitfalls and bad inspections and those who have negative things to say that have no merit. Every job is what you make of it. If you choose to be a contributor to the downfall than doom is inevitable. You can choose to be a part of the solution and partner toward a better work environment.
