      Big company with startup feel Supportive teams and management that really supports. Flexible hours and vacation policy. Small teams means opportunity to wear many hats and participate in critical projects

      Can be high stress for those not used to the fast pace and pressure. High turnover of management from stress related to aggressive targets

      While at Sengled, I've worked with wonderful, caring and talented people.

      Cons

      There are some cultural hurdles and differences when thinking about US market strategy, as well as budgetary constraints. No raises, but great benefits.
