Pros

Make things work for you. They owe you nothing and you owe them nothing. Contract with multiple companies or business avenues if you’re knocking doors. Don’t brand yourself as a senga rep. Market yourself as a home improvement specialist. Contract with roofing, solar, windows, siding, hvac, plumbing etc anyone you can to maximize your time and money. If you generate a lead, it’s yours. You can sell that lead for commission to anyone you want to.

Cons

Don’t do anything you don’t want to do. Legally you don’t have to. Don’t go to the meetings. Don’t attend calls. They can’t limit your scope of work or “territory”. There’s nothing they can require of you, make your own choices. Place is basically a cult. They trick younger people to go out and generate leads and then cut out half their commission for their preferred people. They make you attend weekly meetings (illegally) to make you feel like you’re apart of something and a team member. But you’re not. They don’t actually care about the people generating the leads. Just the “closers” and “sales managers” who come in at the end to cross the t and dot the i and take half your commission. You go out and knock 300 doors a week to generate maybe 1 close. They come in and close 10 jobs a week, effectively making 10 times as much without any of the work, and you have no choice in it.
