      Not hard to get the job They pay

      Cons

      They do not pay me on time They pay me the like I am a tier 1 barely doing my job while I do the work of 3 people Tried telling the company that I am contracted out to that they pay me much more than they do

      They have some good people working here.

      Cons

      Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..
