Horrible......if you are not in Management - Anonymous employee Seneca Companies Employee Review

Management is horrible and demeaning. They treat you like you are garbage and are way overpaid for what they actually do here. Training is non-existent. I have been here about a year now and still have to teach myself things. When you ask for help you are given a dirty look. There are so many things that this company needs to turn around SOON or they will not be a profitable company for very long.
