Pros
When I began at Sendoso the company was rapidly growing and ever expanding. The culture was that of hard work and communal success. If the company did well you felt that your part in the machine attributed to the overall success of the business. There was rapid career progression and collaboration happening at all levels across the organization.
Cons
In its current state, there are not enough resources to try and push the simplest of updates. Engineers and Product Managers have lists a mile long of updates and changes that need to take place that it's nearly impossible to get anything pushed through. All departments are understaffed working a few employees to the bone at an attempt to stay above water. The Exec Team is completely disconnected and out of touch from the issues and problems that continuously surface for clients and internal employees. The once mighty company that was thought to be unsinkable is proving that nothing is impossible. Let's just hope that Kris will allow Brayden room on the door when it completely sinks under the waves. 0/10 would not recommend.
