I'm not usually one to write reviews, yet I feel compelled to based on how bad this place is. I'd say this is probably the worst culture I've ever worked within. Some of the worst people here are those who have been here the longest. They are all still here, even after our recent layoffs, so don't see this changing anytime soon. A lot of the issues I have seen here I would usually chalk up to startup growing pains. What is becoming increasingly clear is that this is a mismanaged startup that will never reach close to its potential until it has some actual direction with a strong and diverse exec team in place. I don't see any signs of that happening soon (2 new execs who are white males! Yay!) and plan to look elsewhere.
