The onboarding experience is top-notch, the humans that make up the company are world-class, and leadership is ENGAGED with their teams. People feel enabled, challenged, and supported. The vision for the company is clear and everyone is contributing to the rocket ship!
Cons
Sendoso is a fast-growing start-up that experiences typical growing pains (building out process', etc) which to many is a positive reason to join a start-up in the first place. Honestly, I don't have a real "con".
