Pros
I have worked at both start-ups and FAANG companies, so I've seen the best and worst at both. Sendoso is by far the best place I've worked in my career. Hyper-growth company with amazing prospects. You get to work with smart, mission-driven people that care about the product, the company, and each other. Category creator in a SaaS market that has untapped potential - large total addressable market. Fun/complex tech challenges - you have the ability to make a significant impact to the company at any level (New grad through Executive). Expect to be challenged. Expect there to be times when you don't have the answers but have to make a decision. Expect to wear a few different hats and be stretched in ways you never imagined - but grow from it. Expect to build something that will change the way our customers do business. Expect to help people connect in a way that was never possible at this scale. Expect to have fun doing all of it!
Cons
No company is perfect and early-stage is hard - there have been/are/will be growing pains along the way - part of what makes a start-up fun is tackling the adversity head-on and overcoming obstacles - especially in an environment where everyone is supportive and in it together.
