Pros
Great product, market fit, awesome culture, talented leadership, realistic achievable goals, lots of promotion potential. most management is truly invested in their employees both personally and professionally, and great office perks.
Cons
Sendoso is an early-stage company who is growing quickly. Things change frequently and there is a lot of work to be done. This is not a con for most current employees but could be for someone not used to a start-up environment.
