Let's start with the management team at Sendoso. They are ALL fearless leaders that give you the tools you need to be successful. It has been such a blessing working at Sendoso, as I have made lifelong friends, and people that support me in every aspect of life. Pros: -Favorite Snacks? (Send your request to Office Manager, and she makes it happen) - Unlimited PTO -Casual Dress -Healthy work-life balance -Promotions (No politics here.... if you hit your number, you will for sure get a promotion.... no Ifs, Ands or Butts). Sendoso is a company where you can SHINE!!! -Open Communication (Your manager truly listens to your ideas, and implements them. Not only that, but they make sure to give you credit in front of your peers #joe #payton #raeanne. -Take a quick break and play some games with your co-workers.... (or walk to the mall, as we are connected to Fashion Square). -Team Happy Hours - Dinners- Sporting Events - etc. -Penthouse office (Best view in all of Phoenix) - top floor!!! #UNREAL -Bring your dog to work -Presidents Club Trips -Etc . - Start up work environment. Management gives you an assignment, and expects that you figure it out. (No micromanaging ). - Not many cons, being transparent. Work Hard - Play Hard environment.
