      Pros

      Great small team with very talented, smart and driven co-workers. Worked with, at the time, very new technologies and products to enhanced web navigation and protect users from malicious domains. Great downtown Oakland location

      Cons

      Management was always operating from the 50,000 foot level which means that they were completely disconnected from what was taking place at the ground level and the daily challenges faced by the team

      - Good group of talented, smart people. - Variety of new people from different industries is bringing new ideas & energy to the table - No fear of taking risks, willing to test new opportunities - Good variety of perks; every other Friday off, very good benefits

      Cons

      - Looking for more talent (but willing to take the time to add the right talent) - can leave current resources a bit stretched at times.

      Pros

      Very good and Open Management team who cares about employee, Competitive compensation, One of the very few technology company which provides great work-life balance, team work as unit, very honest and open communication from top to bottom. People willing to learn from mistake, very less politics(rare to see).

      Cons

      Difficult to find good employee (this is industry wide issue)
