Pros
Some of the best people and team I've worked with. There's a big focus on building good relationships and having fun, plenty of social events. There's a lot of space to try new things and keep your responsibilities diverse and you've very much supported in that.
Cons
Very heavy workload. The company has big goals, everything is constantly changing, sometimes I miss clear communication and prioritization, especially from leadership.
