The lack of energy from employees is making it difficult to maintain high enthusiasm, especially in sales. Additionally, coordinating new product launches and announcements is challenging due to the different time zones.

You’ll get blamed for their mistakes. AI productivity measurement - we are asked to use AI tools and are measured based on our token usage. Nothing else matters except how much we use AI.
