Pros

~ The ability to make custom greeting cards that are high quality and typically cheaper than anything you would get from a store is awesome ~ If you enjoy sales and recruiting this could be wonderful for you ~ The CEO Kody Bateman is fantastic and inspiring. Also, their number one earner, Jordan Adler is a terrific leader. I've met both gentleman and am so impressed.

Cons

The card design process can create fantastic designs but is very slow and tedious. Not nearly intuitive enough. Feels like there should be classes and videos on the card design page for how to do it well. Do not think you will make much money as a sales rep. There are truly amazing success stories but don't expect that to be you. Plan on very very slow growth and small paychecks. People don't start making serious money until they reach the Executive level or higher which is less than 10% of reps. The mailing time doesn't make sense it is so slow. I design a card on Monday but doesn't arrive in the mail till Thursday, Friday or sometimes Saturday. In today's day and age of I want it now that means for birthdays and anniversaries people have to plan making the card in advance which is rare. Points you pay for can and will expire. My opinion is that points should not ever expire. You paid for them. Use them when you want to. Like virtually every network marketing opportunity the real money is all about recruiting reps and not making sales. Expect to talk to over 1,000 people before making any sizable paycheck. If that isn't appealing to you then this isn't for you if you are wanting this to be a career. My best month was a paycheck of $335 and that was majorly from getting the manager bonus that month. Otherwise checks were typically $30 to $50 unless I sold a bundle. Outside of recruiting people who make a lot of sales, the bundles are where real money is made. I found that rarely was a bundle the right fit for most people and if it were that they would not be sending enough cards to make the cost of the bundle worth it. If a customer is paying about $40 a month as a subscriber your commission is only about $7. It is rare people will keep subscriptions active unless you get a sizable business. However, business people often love the concept but don't want to take the time to make the cards, setup the addresses and contacts, and learn a new software interface. I was full-time working this business hard for over a year and was never profitable for the costs of meetings and networking groups. Network marketing can be great if you are a super outgoing salesperson but if not do not think this will be a winning lottery ticket as so many people do when they start.
