      Pros

      Having worked in different companies, I can say Semrush is the most flexible and trust-based workplace I’ve experienced. There’s no “clock-watching” culture; what matters is delivering results, not how or where you work. This autonomy makes the workday feel productive and meaningful, not like an endless shift. The unlimited PTO policy is a real benefit, and people use it. Innovation is part of daily life here, and the freedom to think, act, and lead is part of the culture.

      Cons

      In such a fast-moving environment, role definitions can shift quickly, and you need to be proactive in shaping your scope. With autonomy comes responsibility; this is not a place for passive work styles or waiting for instructions.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
