Pros
- Flexible hours. The work done is what matters, not when you start and finish your day - Unlimited PTO. You can get twice as much paid vacation compared to any other company — isn't that awesome?! - Motivated and energized people around. So far, I haven't seen burned-out people here, and even a slight hint about burnout in the #memechannel in Slack (big green flag). - Adequate working culture. Everybody is respectful of each other's boundaries and resources, I've never seen tough hustle, and a toxic atmosphere - Flexi-bonuses. You get a few hundred EUR per month to cover a wide choice of your hobbies. - AI-driven. OMG, AI is just EVERYWHERE at Semrush. It is impossible for you not to be in trend because it comes "from the bottom" from a great number of AI-enthusiasts and from the Tops as well, asking everybody to integrate AI as much as possible — And it works! Again, at the wake of LLMs, it is the right place to be, and it makes you feel confident! Overall, Semrush feels like the right place to be. You can do your job at an adequate pace, in a comfortable atmosphere with great perks! In my experience, it is hard today to find all of this in one place. So it is a perfect culture fit for me :)
Cons
The only con that I've noticed so far is a bit of bureaucracy at the start. You need to send different documents to three different people, and sometimes these are the same documents. But you only do it once, so that's not a biggie, right? :)
