      Pros

      Great working conditions Cool workmates Good benefits Good compensation (it could be even better with stock) Management care about employees There are plenty of autonomy and opportunities to do things from scratch. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The company works in division structures, so from one to other the situations are completely different. It is a majority of Russian speaker collegues (very nice and welcoming) but sometimes you feel a bit "alone"

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
