I have been working in Semrush for almost five years already and I still can't see myself in another company. The best place to work in terms of flexibility. People are inspiring. Everyone is super professional and interested in getting the results. All my friends are jealous about me working in this company. Also, the CEO is taking care of employees of all levels. I've never seen it before in any other company.

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
