      Pros

      Good and comfortable to do your job. Really remote-friendly company and nice work-life balance. Top management cares about company culture, and employees.

      Cons

      Almost no opportunities to grow a career in the company. Salary review terms are enough opaque. Very low motivation to do something better than enough in P&D, because in the best case, you will only earn praise like a «thanks for a good job» from your direct manager and that's it. Sometimes it feels like some senior managers in P&D are more interested in politics than in formulating good products, and they project their habits onto their subordinates

      recently joined Semrush, and the experience has been incredibly positive from day one. Leadership is highly communicative and transparent, which sets a great tone for the entire organization. The team gave me such a warm welcome, highlighting the fantastic, supportive company culture here. I am thrilled to be part of the company!

      Pros

      Great Company and Team. Thorough onboarding process. Compensation met expectations, and I'm genuinely happy to be contributing to what we're building together.

      Cons

      The Adobe Acquisition made for some chaotic moments but management has been very transparent and got everyone through the process. I would say Semrush is above average to excellent for a mid-size SaaS company.
