Teams collaborate openly and have a strong bias towards action. It's been motivating to be in this type of environment. Almost all of our work is given clear deliverables and targets. From top level objectives to team goals to IC north stars. As a manager, knowing whether or not you're successful is much appreciated. I've been able to drive my team forward because of it.
Also, there's no shying away from the problems. Our work is always a work in progress and I've felt strongly that the teams and leadership are bought into that mindset.
Cons
Company is growing and making lots of changes, so there are some pains there associated with finding the right process (though somewhat expected).

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
