      Pros

      Semrush is a company that is growing and has a great product. The Marketing and Sales department is doing a awesome job. It has great office based perks and a very flexible policy towards remote work.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in decisions. The communication from Senior Leadership is very poor and often away from reality. Most of the demands are impossible to achieve.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
