hard to believe (here) but some overseas pay was being done through e wallets meaning no tax. US office and its president is a joke, Cyprus is a gimmick. agile is one way only. everything and all is decided in Russia by a handful of people, maybe just one - Oleg is charismatic and convincing but actually deceiving, after leaving I learned about his scouts looking to sell the business in the US. high turnover hinders efficient continuity. its all kinda risky to bet your career
