      Pros

      The pay and benefit package is very competitive if not above all the competitors in my region. I've been working with Semrush for 5+ years, and the company has changed a lot. In fact, every year, there have been multiple organizational or structure changes. While it was hard to get used to this at first, I need to say that looking back, it all was done for a reason, and seeing the company developing the right direction and people growing with it is actually quite a positive trend.

      Cons

      Sometimes these changes are accompanied by a lot of mess and lack of structure. Would be great if they felt a bit more thought-through, and not rushed.

      Pros

      Very thorough onboarding and enablement process. Great culture and people. Excellent company & team communication.

      Cons

      There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
