Pros

CEO John Almond and COO Steve Littlefield are both highly engaged leaders who care deeply about their employees, customers, and the long-term success of the company. Their commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and doing things the right way creates a positive environment where people can succeed. I have worked with them over a period of 10 years. I was also a customer where I experienced outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered on their commitments. It's rare to be able to evaluate a company from both the business side and the customer side, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive in both capacities. Semper Solaris has built a strong reputation in the solar and home improvement industries and continues to invest in its people, systems, and customer experience.

Cons

The leadership team are committed to addressing them and continuously improving the organization and I see no cons.

Pros

Management used to be understanding and relaxed, but ever since the new mgmt, expectations have become unrealistic. It seems like they are trying to squeeze every ounce of value they can out of you

Cons

Extremely undervalued as an employee, we are setting company wide records but not being rewarded for such.
