Never, never take offers from this, it's hard to even say that, organization. During contract execution management was so pure that I had to structure the task on my own, although they were putting unreasonable pressure during project completion. But this is not the end. Even taking a long time range for payment delivery they managed to miss the arrangement and still can't pay for the completed work.
