Pros
- The company provides good benefits with health insurance, dental, vision, and matching 401k (1 year after joining). - Coworkers are nice, supportive, and friendly. They don't play back stabbing.
Cons
It may be very difficult for new hires to learn because there is no official training and leading. You gotta build tough skin to figure things out without advice, which may be confusing because you don't know what you are doing or asked to do is right or not. Also, be ready to work near unenthusiastic people.
