Pros
Workplace environment and coworkers were the highlight of the Job. There was never a dull moment and I truly enjoyed going to work most days.
Cons
Expectations from higher ups were sometimes over the top, Kind of old school. A lot of extraneous responsibility fell on engineers, and pay was not very competitive with the industry.
