Pros
- Flexible and non-traditional work environment.
- I appreciated having some WFH days.
Cons
- No employee handbook, no HR, no genuine support or benefits for employees.
- Repeatedly saw unfair actions towards workers. People are fired without warning.
- Horrible workplace bullying. When I expressed how my coworkers treated me, it wasn’t taken seriously and was dismissed entirely. After talking about the issue with my boss, I was let go a couple of days afterward. No real consideration or investigation was given.
- A repugnant amount of lying and manipulation from coworkers.
I received apathy when I came forward about how I was being bullied, which left me dismayed. By far, the most egregious job I have ever worked.
